Sarah Fragoso
Co-Owner, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
With over 16 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach, I bring a deeply personalized and holistic approach to health and fitness. As co-owner of JS Strength & Conditioning in Chico, CA, my mission is to create a space where clients feel truly supported, seen, and empowered.
I am also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and an international best-selling author of several books focused on nutrition, women’s health, hormones, and fitness. My passion lies in helping women who need more than just a workout plan—those navigating hormonal imbalances, recovering from injuries, or striving to meet specific fitness goals.
At JS, I exclusively offer private and semi-private training, ensuring each client receives the focused attention they deserve. My approach combines evidence-based training methods with compassionate coaching and tailored nutritional guidance. I see my clients as family, and it’s an honor to walk alongside them on their journey toward strength, balance, and lasting wellness.

John Fragoso
Co-Owner, Sports Chiropractor, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Certified Speed Lab Coach
With over 20 years of experience as a sports chiropractor and strength & conditioning coach, I bring a deep understanding of the human body to every athlete I train. As co-owner of JS Strength & Conditioning—a business my wife Sarah and I founded in 2013—I specialize in developing student athletes, helping them reach their full potential while staying injury-free.
I’ve had the honor of coaching athletes who have gone on to compete at the Division I and professional levels. As a Certified Speed Lab Coach, I run year-round speed and strength programs designed to enhance performance on the field, court, or track. My approach blends injury prevention, rehabilitation insight, and athletic performance training to build resilient, capable athletes.
In addition to group athlete programs, I offer one-on-one private coaching for those seeking individualized attention and results-driven training.

Ashley Walburn
I’m a school counselor and a proud mom of two boys, with a passion for traveling and outdoor adventures. With over eight years of experience as a trainer, I’m deeply committed to inspiring and empowering others to recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.


Bella Avalos
When I first started training at JS Strength, I didn’t expect it to change my life — but it did. I found a real love for fitness and a community that inspired me to become a coach. Now, I get to help others find that same confidence and strength in themselves. Outside of the gym, I’m usually hiking, working out, or dancing — anything that keeps me moving and having fun.
Brady Webb
I grew up around the gym and spent most of my life as an athlete, including playing football in college. Now, I get to take everything I’ve learned and help others reach their fitness goals. The gym has always been like a second home to me, and I love getting to share that energy with the people I coach.


Coby Fragoso
I used to be just a gamer, but committing to fitness and a healthier lifestyle has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Now, I’m a gamer with bigger arms — and a serious passion for helping others get stronger too. JS Strength & Conditioning has become like family to me, and I’m proud to be part of this community. I coach our teen classes, and it’s one of the most rewarding parts of my job — watching kids who come in shy or unsure grow into confident, strong young athletes is amazing. I also coach group classes and do personal training, helping people at every stage of their journey level up, inside and out.
Jaime Jereb
I like bourbon and barbells- sometimes at the same time. I also love to help people achieve their fitness goals and have over 15 years of experience coaching group classes and personal training.


Joey Sierra
I’ve been coaching and personal training for over six years, with a focus on meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. I believe everyone has something to gain from fitness, and my goal is always to guide them onto a path of success.
Jolie Webb
I love working with everyone at our gym, but I especially enjoy helping women who are new to lifting and watching them grow in confidence. I coach both group classes and personal training sessions, and I’m passionate about helping others feel strong and empowered. I’m married with three adult sons who I adore, and I cherish spending time with them.


Katie Crane
I joined JS several years ago as a client, eager to dial in my personal strength, and quickly fell in love with the people, environment, and programming. It was the perfect fit. After starting as a coach four years ago, I’ve loved helping others on their fitness journey, encouraging them through group classes, and supporting them as they work toward their goals. Outside the gym, you’ll find me running like I’m on a mission, eating like I’ve never seen food before, traveling, and soaking up everything outdoors. I also cherish spending time with my amazing family and friends.
Zach Hanlon
A few years ago, I stumbled into the parking lot looking for an oil change, but entered the wrong building. JS needed a new trainer, and I had seen someone lift a dumbbell on YouTube before, so I've been here ever since.
