New Member Kickstart

Master the Fundamentals. Train with Purpose. Join with Confidence.
Our New Member Kickstart program is designed to set you up for long-term success at JS Strength & Conditioning. Over the course of 8 one-on-one personal training sessions, you'll learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, proper technique, and how to safely and confidently navigate our group training environment. Each session mirrors the structure of our group classes, so by the end of the program, you'll feel fully prepared to jump in. We also take time to assess mobility, provide modifications where needed, and tailor your experience to your body and goals. After completing Kickstart, you’ll not only feel strong and confident—you’ll also be ready and eligible to join our group classes.

Teens Fitness Classes

Our teen fitness classes, coached by Coby Fragoso, are perfect for young athletes and beginners who are new to lifting or looking to develop a solid foundation in weight training. Starting with a Level 1 program, teens learn the fundamentals of strength training in a fun, supportive environment. As they progress, they’ll transition to Level 2, continuing to build strength and confidence. Coby emphasizes proper technique and safety, ensuring that every young lifter develops skills they can use for a lifetime. Offered year-round after school, this program gives teens the tools they need to become proficient weightlifters while fostering a love for fitness.

Group fitness classes are led by our experienced, knowledgeable coaches and designed to support your goals. After completing our New Member Kickstart program, you’ll be ready to jump into group classes with confidence, knowing exactly what to expect. We provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where your comfort and progress are always a priority. Over time, our clients experience major improvements in strength, mobility, and injury prevention—all while having fun and staying motivated alongside a supportive community.

Athlete-Specific Training

Led by JS Strength & Conditioning co-owner and sports chiropractor John Fragoso, our athlete-specific training programs are built to help student athletes excel in their sport year-round. With a focus on increasing speed, agility, and strength, John tailors each program to the unique demands of the athlete’s sport and individual goals. The results speak for themselves—athletes are hitting performance milestones, boosting their numbers, and staying injury-free during competition. John also brings deep expertise in injury recovery, helping athletes safely return to play after injuries sustained during games, practice, or independent training. Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training with Sarah Fragoso offers the best of both worlds: personalized attention in a small group setting. While each participant’s program is tailored to their unique goals, needs, and fitness levels, the small group environment allows for a supportive, community-driven atmosphere. Whether you’re working on strength, injury recovery, or optimizing your fitness for hormonal health, you’ll receive the guidance and coaching you need to succeed. You’ll never be just another face in the crowd—each session is designed to align with your current abilities, with modifications and adjustments to ensure that you’re constantly progressing at your own pace, all while working alongside others with similar goals.
