It’s been a while since we have checked in via email and we have a lot to catch you up on! First of all – wow – 2020 has been quite the year and we are incredibly grateful to you for hanging in there with us. Although this year has brought about a lot of changes, our goal has remained the same; to provide you with a safe, fun, and friendly environment where you can work on your fitness goals and sustain an active and healthy lifestyle.

Now, on to some of the recent and exciting changes happening at JS! We are so excited to introduce you to Keara Pierce who has recently joined us in our office! Keara is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and owner of Keara Wellness and she offers a variety of amazing services that you’ll see below and we are so grateful to have her here!

We also wanted to give a shoutout to a brand new clothing store here in Chico which was recently opened up by two of our rock star clients. If you haven’t been yet, we recommend checking out TLC – located at the end of the Chico Mall where Sears used to be.
TLC offers affordable fashion for the entire family, and what we love most about this store is that each month TLC gives a percentage of revenue back to non-profit organizations in Chico. The generosity of the owners of TLC is inspiring, and we hope you take a minute to support them – and come home with some incredibly priced new fashion!
So yes, a huge thank you to these three is way overdue! Through all the uncertainty of this year, the innumerable Zoom classes, cleaning of the equipment for the millionth time, doing the extra laundry to make sure the gym is stocked with towels in order to clean the equipment for the next millionth time, to the help of keeping us all sane with humor and positive attitudes, and for most importantly, supporting us through some really difficult times, it’s important that we express just how much our team means to us, so when you see them at the gym, please give them an extra big thank you for their resilience, patience, dedication, and awesome coaching on top of everything else!

Finally, as I mentioned above, please also give an extra warm welcome to Kelli, our newest trainer! Kelli has been interning with us for almost a year and to say that we are proud of her and how far she has come is an understatement and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board! If you see Kelli coaching one of your classes, she is now official, so be sure to tell her congratulations!
